most insurance plans, except Medicaid. Our office will file your
insurance claim for you, but you will be responsible for
Co-payments due at the time
of service
Deductibles or Co-Insurances
Procedures not covered under your insurance
plan.
Patient statements
Once your insurance has paid, you will be sent a statement
(bill) for any charges not covered by your plan. If you have
any questions regarding your statement, you may call us at
936-321-5030 option 3 for the billing department.
How to Pay
You may pay your bill by mail, in person, or over the phone.
We accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.
